About the job Retail Assistant

Job responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Job requirements:

  • Possess at least a professional certificate / Diploma in any field.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Speaking & Writing) is a MUST.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job details:

  • Job type: Permanent
  • Working hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
  • Salary Package: Basic RM 2,500.00 - RM 3,500.00 + Travelling Allowance: RM230.00
