About the job IT, Assistant Manager

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 4 IT professionals to provide necessary IT systems support.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of information systems, such as Online Identification Systems and Personal Information Management Systems.
  • Define and establish policies, procedures, and work instructions to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate, manage, and motivate the IT department to meet schedules and achieve goals.
  • Communicate and negotiate accurately with vendors.
  • Provide recommendations on policy and infrastructure improvements.
  • Collaborate with other functional heads to define systems and solutions for business issues and problems.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Information Systems (IS), Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in system development.
