About the job IT, Assistant Manager
Job responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 4 IT professionals to provide necessary IT systems support.
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of information systems, such as Online Identification Systems and Personal Information Management Systems.
- Define and establish policies, procedures, and work instructions to support business objectives.
- Coordinate, manage, and motivate the IT department to meet schedules and achieve goals.
- Communicate and negotiate accurately with vendors.
- Provide recommendations on policy and infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborate with other functional heads to define systems and solutions for business issues and problems.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Information Systems (IS), Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in system development.
