Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate with proficiency in Japanese or Korean Language to support our operations in IT support. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Japanese or Korean language and be capable of performing customer support tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kick start their careers in a professional and growth-oriented environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone in Japanese/Korean.
  • Technical Support: Provide IT Network support over phone, Email, and chat.

Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese or Korean (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is also required.

Education:

Certificate/ Diploma/Associate/ Degree/Masters in any field - preferably in Information Technology, Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering. Electronics/Communication.

Skills:

  • Good computer skills with aptitude to learn new technology and familiarity with tools/software is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in both Japanese or Korean and English.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in interpretation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
