About the job Area Sales Manager
Job responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations and performance of multiple stores within the assigned area.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, andenhance customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and motivate store managers and staffs to deliver exceptional customer serviceand drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identifytrends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operationalefficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, tosupport store initiatives and promotions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and other externalstakeholders.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance, support, and feedback to store teams.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success ina multi-unit environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toachieve goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned area as needed.
