Job description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. New Product Development
    • Assist to develop extension flavors and new products, including the processing procedures, techniques and product specifications.
    • Improve the application for raw and packaging materials.
    • Tackle problems encountered during processing and ingredients selection.
    • Proactively initiating and following all R&D activities.
  2. Technical Support
    • Provide technical supports on production issues, including processing procedures, preparation of ingredients and packaging processes to ensure the final products are safe and meet the required quality.
    • Provide the technical support and training to related department.

  3. Administrative & Communication
    • Communicate with R&D staffs and various departments to tackle problems, establish objectives and coordinate new projects.
    • Self confident, pragmatic, and able to build consensus and facilitate change across organizational lines.
    • Analytical and strategic minded, with excellent communications skills and the ability to serve as an effective project champion to internal and external stakeholders.

Job specification:

  • Degree in Food Science or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in R&D of food industries.
  • Posses strong management and supervision skill.
  • Good knowledge in computer and data processing.
  • Good command of written, read and spoken English, preferably multi-lingual in any local language. Candidates that able to read and write in Mandarin will have added advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to relocate to Bandar Baru Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
