Product Quality & Reliability Engineer

Job responsibilities:

• Support QA Manager in managing product quality to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Key responsibilities including management of QMS system, monitoring supplier performance & conducting supplier audits
• Product engineering work such as reliability testing, failure analysis, root cause analysis
• Project management lead quality improvement project & work closely with cross functional team

Job requirements:

• Degree in Engineering preferably Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• 5-8+ years quality engineering experience with exposure in product functionality & performance testing
• Preferably Senior Engineer or Assistant Manager with team lead experience, ability to manage 5-10 headcount including Engineers & Inspector
• Willing to travel to manufacturing plant in Indonesia when required
