Job responsibilities:

• Regimented calling to debtors for > 61 days delinquent bucket, Multi-tier product and
• other to meet the department KPI.
• Timeliness in execution of repossession activities and support in the redemption vehicle.
• Initiate site visits & searches to ascertain whereabouts of uncontactable hirer.
• Data mine IT System to provide information for analysis and feedback of delinquency
• trend and buying credit risks.
• To support ad-hoc tasks from time to time assigned by superior/manager.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor holder in any equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 1 2 years of related experience in collection. However, Fresh Graduate is
• welcomed to apply.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Able to work assigned shift hours and have flexibility to accommodate possible weekend
• assignment , Data mine IT system.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
• Well verse in using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
