Job responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective sales training programs
- Provide Mandarin language skills training
- Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to enhance the communication abilities
- Deliver in-depth product knowledge training
- Partner with the Quality Assurance team to review and improve the quality of calls
- Provide guidance on best practices for dealing with third-party marketing agencies
- Lead the onboarding process for all new hirers
- Partner with the L&D/Trainer Lead to help formalize and enhance development programs
- Conduct refresher training sessions
- Execute training activities to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist the site training lead in conducting one-on-one coaching sessions
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales training, preferably within the digital marketing sector. Experience in social media marketing, search engine marketing, and working with third-party marketing agencies is highly valuable.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential. Mandarin language certification or demonstrated proficiency is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with a proven ability to engage and motivate sales agents.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs is required
