Job responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective sales training programs
  • Provide Mandarin language skills training
  • Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to enhance the communication abilities
  • Deliver in-depth product knowledge training
  • Partner with the Quality Assurance team to review and improve the quality of calls
  • Provide guidance on best practices for dealing with third-party marketing agencies
  • Lead the onboarding process for all new hirers
  • Partner with the L&D/Trainer Lead to help formalize and enhance development programs
  • Conduct refresher training sessions
  • Execute training activities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist the site training lead in conducting one-on-one coaching sessions

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales training, preferably within the digital marketing sector. Experience in social media marketing, search engine marketing, and working with third-party marketing agencies is highly valuable.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential. Mandarin language certification or demonstrated proficiency is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with a proven ability to engage and motivate sales agents.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs is required
