They are looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening of Technical Officer (ACMV/ Mechanical/ Electrical), to be based in Singapore.

Job Description:

Job responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Facilities managers, engineers, contractors and client.
  • Responsible in leading a team of Technicians for facilities management activities
  • Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works.
  • Supervise and carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance and general building devices.
  • Assist and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair to ensure compliance with Singapores safety and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to facilities management.
  • Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
  • Investigate, analyze and determine root cause to report breakdowns and faults effectively.
  • Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
  • Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Air-Conditioning/ Building Services or equivalent.
  • 3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management managing ACMV/ HVAC system (AHU, FCU) / mechanical / electrical / projects.
  • Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated.
  • Good communication skills, positive mindset with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Customer service oriented mindset.
  • Building maintenance experience will be an advantage.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Singapore.
