They are looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening of Technical Officer (ACMV/ Mechanical/ Electrical), to be based in Singapore.
Job Description:
Job responsibilities:
- Work closely with Facilities managers, engineers, contractors and client.
- Responsible in leading a team of Technicians for facilities management activities
- Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works.
- Supervise and carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance and general building devices.
- Assist and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair to ensure compliance with Singapores safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to facilities management.
- Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
- Investigate, analyze and determine root cause to report breakdowns and faults effectively.
- Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
- Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
Job requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Air-Conditioning/ Building Services or equivalent.
- 3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management managing ACMV/ HVAC system (AHU, FCU) / mechanical / electrical / projects.
- Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated.
- Good communication skills, positive mindset with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Customer service oriented mindset.
- Building maintenance experience will be an advantage.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Singapore.
