Content Moderator (Japanese / Korean) (Salary up to RM 11,000)

Job responsibilities:

• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels
• Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
• Enforcing platform policies consistently and fairly across all content types and user interactions.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues among the team
• Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work

Open for local Malaysians and foreign nationals who are proficient in Japanese (N3 and above) and/or Korean (TOPIK 4 and above).
