About the job Marketing Manager (Personal System Devices Division)
Job summary
Responsible for leading the marketing team towards effective marketing campaigns to achieve company's objective in sales and market share, inventory, pricing, product planning and positioning, profit & loss, marcom ideation and activation, segmentation and channel programs. Good leadership with strong communication and able to work closely with Regional office.
Job responsibilities:
- Marcom ideation & activation;
- A&P planning;
- Formulate effective GTM campaigns towards budget achievement;
- Responsible for product pricing, positioning, product budgeting, channel programs;
- Competitor products and promotion analysis
Job requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or related field;
- At least 10 years marketing experience in IT related/B2B or B2C/dealer industry;
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills;
- Self-motivating, self-management and independent
- Good in Microsoft Outlook applications especially Excel and Powerpoint;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written, both in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to converse in Mandarin/Chinese dialects is an added advantage);
- Meticulous, independent, result driven, and ready to take up new challenges
- Willing to work after office hours and during weekends
