Job Description:

Job responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of monthly and annual payroll computation for APAC regions,
  • Verifying and processing for all employees ensuring legislative compliance.
  • Responding to payroll-related queries and resolving concerns
  • Ensure timely payroll payments and ensure they are in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • Assist and managed payroll system implementation and external payroll vendors
  • Administration of award certificates and letters as well as their monetary payouts
  • Verification of Payroll vendor invoices and submit for payment processing
  • Preparing month end payroll reports for accounting purposes
  • New Hires payroll on-boarding and Leavers payroll off-boarding Processing
  • To assist on reporting preparation of ad hoc reports as required

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 2-5 years of extensive Payroll experience in MNC working environment, ideally from a Shared Service Environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advance Level)
  • Working knowledge in payroll practices in Asia Pacific regions employment regulations.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability; flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
