Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Job details:

• Salary range: RM 11,000 - RM 12,500 (+housing, shift & ramp, & special allowances)

Job responsibilities:

• Install electrical or electronic components, assemblies and systems in aircraft.
• Lay out installation of aircraft components, following documentation such as aircraft manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Narrowbody or widebody aircraft.
• Set up and operate ground support and test equipment to perform functional flight tests of electrical and electronic systems.
• Test and troubleshoot malfunctioning aircraft systems according to aircraft manuals.
• Performs routine and non-routing checks on aircraft.
• Documents work performed.
• Coordinate work with that of other maintenance personnel.
• Conduct C-checks

Job requirements:

• Has a valid EASA, CAAS or CAAM license
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (in cabin / avionics / A&C / sheet metal)
• Must hold a valid aircraft maintenance engineer license or a aircraft maintenance technician license
• B1 / B2 would be an added advantage
• Experience in narrowbody aircraft / widebody aircraft
• Widebody aircraft experience is preferred.
• Candidates must be proficient in English
