Job responsibilities:

  • Support Financial Reporting including financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting
  • In charge of month-end closing and preparation of the financial statements, ensure accuracy & on time delivery
  • Update and review of monthly journal entries and balance sheet schedule.
  • Preparing management reports and commentaries.
  • Handle financial analysis on P&L and balance sheet.
  • Produce financial reports related to budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets.
  • Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs
  • Work with tax agent to ensure tax compliance & complete the annual submission
  • Liaising with external auditor for the annual audit.
  • Serving as a link between the finance department and other departments, provide financial support to the departments, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of financial queries and concerns

Job requirements:

  • Professional Accounting qualification (eg, ACCA, CPA, etc) or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in financial reporting with 1-2 years Team lead or junior management experience (lead 2-3 team members)
