Job details:
- Intake: 21 October 2024 (Monday)
- Working location: Melaka City
- Working hours: Rotational Shift
- Working days: 5 working days (Included public holiday and weekend), 2 days off
- Employment status: This is 1 year contract job (After 1 year will change to permanent or renew contract, based on own performance)
Job responsibilities:
- Handling incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customers need.
- Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
- Identify and perform cross selling opportunity and activity by analyzing customer profile, recommending most suitable package, actively promote latest promotions/ services.
- Take in service application and request for back office or self-processing.
- Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results & productivity.
- To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as requested.
Job requirements:
- Min qualification: SPM with 1-year relevant work experience.
- FRESH GRADUATES (Diploma) (Degree) are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate with or without customer service experience can apply.
- Must be able to communicate and write well in ENGLISH.
- Ability to speak MANDARIN AND ENGLISH (Dual language allowance of RM600) is an added advantage but not necessary.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
- Must be able to work on shift basis with additional fixed allowance of RM250 (1 shift = 9.5 hours) (5 working days).
- Shift Allowance RM9/day for shift that ends at 8pm onwards.
- Candidate must be willing to work on rotational shift.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Melaka City.
