Job details:

  • Work location: Bayan Lepas, Penang
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 11:00pm, Rotational
  • Salary range: Up to RM 10,100

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in placing online orders with the client.
  • Provide timely support to customers through various communication channels including inbound phone calls and email.
  • Process payments and handle confidential client information with precision, ensuring the protection of customers' personal and financial data at all times.
  • Proactively support customers to minimize risks to the client's brand and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues through the appropriate channels as needed.

Job requirements:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (business level)
  • Proficiency in Korean (native or non-native speaker)
