Job responsibilities:
  • Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels
  • Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
  • Enforcing platform policies consistently and fairly across all content types and user interactions.
  • Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues among the team
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work
Job requirements:
  • Native Taiwanese / Chinese
    • Able to read and write in English (Basic) and Chinese language (Traditional)
    • Degree Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
    • Diploma with min 5 years of experience as a Content Moderator
