SEO Project Manager

We're looking for a smart, experienced, and awesome SEO Project Manager to support one of our rockstar clients!

In this role, you will:

• Project manage the entire life-cycle of our clients from launch calls, check-ins, milestones and KPIs and off-boarding
• Create timelines and manage team workflows to execute ever-changing and ground-breaking SEO strategies
• Attend weekly and monthly calls with the partners and listen ensuring action items are completed on time with internal tasks, and project manage what the team lead will manage with the client
• Build reports using a template and data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and raw sales data
• Build a system to collect client feedback and share with the COO. Work together to drive constant improvement

You will succeed in this role if you have/are:

• At least 1 year of SEO and project management experience
• Previous B2B experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Flexible
• Resilient
• Transparent
• Proactive
• Knowledgeable of these tools:
  Google Suite, Google Ads, and SEO Tools

Other things you need to know:

• This is a part-time work opportunity.
• You'll be asked to work a minimum of n hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM overlap) per week during Pacific Daylight Time.
