Chief Financial Officer - International Mining Company - Liberia

Our client, a large international mining company with operations across Africa is looking for a Chief Financial Officer, to join their dynamic team in Liberia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with the growth vision and be a key driver in achieving the cost reduction and NSR maximization.
• Be part of Unit EXCO and helm the strategic decision making and effective governance.
• Financial planning, modelling, implementation and running of all financial activities including Business planning, budgeting, MIS and Costing.
• Responsible for driving highest order of governance, ethics, compliance and transparent reporting managing business risk.
• Commercial finalization of Key Project Contracts in lines with the Business Partner Capability framework of the Group.
• Extensive engagement with consultants to ensure accountability based contracting and Cost Control. 
• Project costing, analysis, continuous monitoring, Audit, and review of Project.

Qualification & Eligibility:

• CA / MBA Finance / CMA with 10-12 of experience.

Salary: Market Related
