Job Description

To support Sales/BD team which is vital for the smooth-running of a business.

  • Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing.
  • Assist clients enquiries through phone calls and emails promptly
  • Assist in creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, scanning & photocopying
  • Assist to prepare quotations and collect reports/quotations as & when needed
  • Maintain proper filing of tenders/quotations
  • Provide administrative support to the BD team, and support the sales team in achieving the departmental KPIs
  • Any other duties as directed

Requirements: -

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience of working within business development or similar administrative function
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to see tasks through to completion
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrable aptitude for clear written and verbal communication
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Google Docs/Suite
  • Experience of working within the data industry
