Job Description
To support Sales/BD team which is vital for the smooth-running of a business.
- Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing.
- Assist clients enquiries through phone calls and emails promptly
- Assist in creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, scanning & photocopying
- Assist to prepare quotations and collect reports/quotations as & when needed
- Maintain proper filing of tenders/quotations
- Provide administrative support to the BD team, and support the sales team in achieving the departmental KPIs
- Any other duties as directed
Requirements: -
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience of working within business development or similar administrative function
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to see tasks through to completion
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrable aptitude for clear written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Google Docs/Suite
- Experience of working within the data industry
