CCHs will provide career retention support (case management) services to ex-offenders placed on work reintegration programmes.

The CCH is to-

Responsibilities:

  • Provide career retention support (case management) services to ex-offenders.
  • Provide employment assistance (interviews leading to securing jobs) whenever required.
  • Act as liaison between multiple stakeholders who are involved in the ex-offenders reintegration.
  • Provide coaching and/or joint coaching for career retention of ex-offenders.
  • Administrative tasks related to case management and stakeholders.
  • Any other operational or administrative task arising in the course of the work.
  • Schedule and conduct work site visits and/or contacts sessions with ex-offenders, their employers and/or supervisors.
  • Plan and conduct regular work site visits and/or video/phone calls to ex-offenders and their employers.
  • Monitor work-related progress, follow up on work adaptation challenges/work performance issues, or other aftercare issues raised by ex-offenders.
  • Provide support, make referrals, or set simple behavioural goals with ex-offenders.

Requirements-

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience related to case management services (career retention support).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in English.
