Job Description
· Manage multiple accounts; develop and create positive customer service with all touch points in the scopes of the Accredited Training Operations (ATO) and Employment Agency (EA).
· Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long lasting relationship;
· Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction by handling clients concerns in a timely fashion and thus building their trust;
· Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements for seamless on-boarding process;
· Work closely with operations manager on day-to-day operational processes including campaign setup, troubleshooting and QA;
· Work with internal cross-functional teams (HR, Ops and IT) to understand goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign;
· Provide input on mew processes and workflow as needed;
· Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing;
· Ensure superior customer service levels and operational excellence are delivered
·To coordinate & manage a team of telemarketers that supports the ATO & EA
·To grow the channel partner list with different ATO for the purpose of Employment opportunities with a commission to the participating CPartner
· To form a team of Social Media for the purpose of creating new clients & engaging various platforms
· Mandarin conversant candidates are sought to liaise/work with Mandarin conversant partners/employers
Requirements:
· Tertiary Education, preferably in Marketing / Business / Commerce
· Min 3 years of experience in client management in the relevant or any industry;
· Has a strong drive and passion for sales, always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients;
· Possess confident communication skill to liaise with internal stakeholders and clients;
· Possess good negotiation skill and preferably relevant experience with contracts and tender;
· Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external parties;
· Has the ability to work independently and at the same time being a good team player;
· Possess acute business acumen and sound decision-making skill; always adopting a consultative approach to managing complex clients;
· Has the ability to multi-task, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
· Pack leadership qualities with a strong desire and steadfast drive to go for the kill
