About the job HR Executive


  • Support full spectrum of HR functions such as but not limited to onboarding, offboarding and payroll process
  • Responsible for HRIS updates/record on employee details, leave and other related process
  • Maintain and upkeep Employee P-files (both hard and soft copy)
  • Employee Handbook and updates
  • Responsible for application, renewal or termination of work pass for foreign employees
  • Preparation any HR letters such as Letter of Appointment, Confirmation Letter, Certification of Employment etc
  • Tracking the expiry of security clearance and ensure that clearances are renewed before expiry date
  • Maintain social metrics tracker required by investors
  • Responsible for claim submission and follow up of grant applications
  • WICA and FWMI addition/deletion and renewal matters
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
  • Replenish stationeries, cleaning supplies, and pantry items for City, LA and cluster
  • Arrange for Aircon Servicing at our premises on quarterly basis
  • Arrange for electrician, plumber, IT vendor or any other contractors should there be any breakdown, malfunction or power failure.
  • Assist in planning and organizing of Companys event when necessary
  • Training and CEI support
  • Any other duties and assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • At least a Diploma preferably in HR, Management and/or any other fields
  • Mandarin conversant candidates are sought to liaise/work with Mandarin conversant partners/employers
  • A and O level candidates with more than 5 years of relevant working experience will also be considered
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, independent, driven
  • Fast learner and result-oriented with good team work
  • Pleasant personality with positive attitude
