Roles & Responsibilities

1. Grant Applications

Point of contact for all grant applications. Advice clients on application matters. Works closely with supervisor and clients to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines.

2. Assist with grant submission through the system. Maintains record of all award documentation in a systematic manner.

3. Prepare periodic reports for submission to management and clients.

4. Prepare and monitor project payments, claims, P&L and track revenue.

5. Assist in grant related audit matters.

6. Manage grant project in entirety.

Scope of work may change from time to time depending on information, guidelines and policies determined by grant agencies.

Requirements

- Dip in any discipline with 2 years of admin experience

- Strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills.

- Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision

-Detailed, systematic and able to work independently.
