About the job Accounts Executive

  • Maintain AR, AP, GL accounts, inclusive of sales invoicing, receipts, payments and accounts closing.
  • Perform proper entries of AR, AP and GL into MYOB accounting system.
  • Monitor and follow up closely with AR with monthly SOA.
  • Perform weekly bank transactions and bank reconciliation at month end accounts closing.
  • Assist Accountant in month end accounts closing and preparation of monthly accounting schedules.
  • Assist Accountant on audit and tax queries from auditors and tax agents.
  • Assist Accountant on monthly CPF submissions and yearly IR8A under Auto-Inclusion scheme.
  • Maintain neat and organised documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative work, ie order office stationery, arrange courier, filing, purchase of pantry items.
  • Adhoc accounting/administrative tasks as assigned by Accountant.
