Retail Specialist

We are looking for a Retail Specialist to join our team. The Retail Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing the best possible customer service. They will also be responsible for merchandising and promoting product lines, providing product information and advice to customers, and helping maintain the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Answer questions about products and services
4. Maintain product knowledge to inform customers about product features, benefits, and pricing
5. Handle customer complaints in accordance with company policies
6. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
7. Merchandise products according to company standards
8. Participate in promotional activities as needed
9. Report any issues or feedback from customers to management

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in retail preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
