JOB SCOPE
- Manage and respond to general and admin email accounts Attend to sales, customer and general enquires.
- Attend to and follow up on customer hotline complaints File and maintain up-to-date customer contracts and records.
- Update records for sales, sandwich disposals and petty cash.
- Prepare summary and audit reports.
- Prepare reports for price difference/target difference and email information to customer and prepare invoice.
- Prepare commission payable details as per contract Cash (note and coin) counting and handling.
- Checking staff attendance File forms and reports collected from delivery drivers.
- Check driver expense claims and submit to accounts for payment preparation.
- Update maintenance records provided by Operations Manager & Technician Prepare monthly calendar schedule for Operations Manager Weekly checking of GPS system for all company vehicles Weekly vehicle inspections.
- Prepare and update list of vending machine locations and movements Preparation of machine barcodes.
- Preparing risk assessment forms from template for machine moves.
- Ensure HACCP documentation compliance and maintenance Ad hoc-bidding for upcoming tender agreements Ad hoc ordering of supplies and stationery Other related admin duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Good customer service skills Microsoft Office (Word,Excel) Ability to multi-task Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure Responsible and trustworthy
- Preferably Singaporeans only (Foreigners do not apply pls, no quota)
- Salary Range: $1.8K-$2K based on experience.
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.45am to 5.30pm and Sat 8.45 am to 12.45pm
Medical / Dental Benefits: No further medical benefits, but in the event of medical/dental consultations that lead to the issuing of a MC: the company will only reimburse medical consultations if the Medical Certificate and accompanying invoice have been issued by a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Registration Act. Each claim will be capped at $30 per doctor (GP) visit. For example, if a visit to a GP was invoiced at $50, then $30 will be reimbursed by company, whilst the balance $20 will be paid for by the staff member. If there are no claims for the year, employee will be entitled to a no claim bonus of $200 every January. If there are no claims for the year, employee will be entitled to a no claim bonus of $200 every January.
Annual Leave entitlement: 10 days incremental yearly till 14 days
Any bonus: VB / 13 month / performance bonus?
Bonus payments are reviewed annually at the end of the Companys financial year (end March). Payment of the annual variable bonus is subject to the Companys and the individual staff members performance and is made at the discretion and judgement of the Companys Senior Management. Individuals who have served less than 12 months of employment at the Company at the time of bonus appraisal will have their bonus amounts calculated on a pro-rated basis. The date of payment is determined by the Company... traditionally in 2 tranches, 50% payout in the appraisal month (Apr/May), and balance 50% paid out in December provided employee is still with the company.
