RETAIL ASSOCIATES (RETAIL / F&B) FULL/PART-TIME

Job Description

Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store

Greeting Customers and welcome them to the store

Perform cashiering function where required

Be approachable and be a good listener to customers needs

Upsell and recommend a product and solution to customers

Keeping abreast of product knowledge through continuous learning

Overcoming customers objections.

Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for staff and customers

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 1-2 years relevant retail experience
• Basic written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic IT proficiency in using smartphones

• Possess a food handlers license (Food Safety Course Level 1 or higher) is a plus

Required to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in a team

• Applicants with no experience are welcomed. Training will be provided

• Ability to commence work immediately highly advantageous
