About the job Guest Relation Officer

Being at the frontline, the Guest Relation Officer is the first contact
point when a guest check-in at a hotel. He/She has to deliver exceptional guests experience and manage guests professionally to promote positive
impression.



Responsibilities:

* Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival and ensuring check-in and
out are carried out efficiently in accordance to the standard of procedure
* Interact and attend to guests enquires
* Handle cashiering duties
* Handle guest reservation
* Provide information about major attractions and hotel services
* Maintain the filing system and required reports
* Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers

Requirements:

* People oriented with excellent customer service skill with
professional attitude
* An outgoing personality and a team player
* Excellent communication skills (written / verbal)
* Able to perform rotating shift, PH and weekends
* Technology savvy, preferably with OPERA system knowledge
