About the job Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:-_

> * Research potential vendors

> * Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

> * Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

> * Track orders and ensure timely delivery

> * Review the quality of purchased products

> * Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into

> internal databases

> * Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery

> information and invoices

> * Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

> * Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

>

> - Gender: Preferably female

> - Age: below 30

> - Working hours: 8 am to 530pm (Mon to Fri) and 8 am to 2 pm (Sat)

> - Minimum education: Min Sec Sch level

> - Basic Salary: S$1600 onwards

> - Any fixed allowances or overtime pay per hour: no OT

> - Any experience required: no exp required

> - Language requirements: English and Mandarin

> - Working location: Eunos
