Job Description

  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Schedule appointments for MD and HODs
  • Assist in planning internal events.
  • Manage pantry and other administrative matters related to staff welfare.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Petty cash management including reimbursement and disbursement
  • Ad-hoc admin duties assigned by MD.
  • Coordinate logistic support for project meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably possess at least GCE 'O' Level and/ or ITE certificate
  • Good communication skills and proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft documents.
