Job Description
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule appointments for MD and HODs
- Assist in planning internal events.
- Manage pantry and other administrative matters related to staff welfare.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Petty cash management including reimbursement and disbursement
- Ad-hoc admin duties assigned by MD.
- Coordinate logistic support for project meetings.
Job Requirements
- Preferably possess at least GCE 'O' Level and/ or ITE certificate
- Good communication skills and proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft documents.
