About the job Business cum Learning Executive

Your work scope shall encompass administration, clerical duties, data entry, coordination, business acquisition, business development, collaboration/liaison with stakeholders of the combined services of the Learning Academy (LA), Business Development (BD) and Employment Agency (EA) verticals

  • Full spectrum of administrative support in the BD, EA and LA department

  • Administration on Alpha CRM

  • Assist in data-entry to ensure all training records and reports are updated and forwarded to respective stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Maintain and update training activities on social media.

  • Maintain and update the shared department and folders and files.

  • Prepare Sustenance Allowance Letter, LOA, LOU, Agape registration form prior to the start of the program

  • Support and actively work on coaching, training, and onboarding of trainees for the training programs and inclusive employers for the placement of trained candidates.

  • Prepare attendance sheet and attendance summary

  • Maintain SOPs for training operations and administrations areas.

  • Identify and assess current and future training needs by maintaining a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best industry practices.

  • To support Sales/BD/EA/LA which is vital for the smooth-running of a business.

  • Provide administrative support to the BD team, and support the sales team in achieving the departmental KPIs

  • Point of contact for all grant applications and advice clients on application matters. Submit grant applications through online system. Maintain record of all submissions in a systematic manner, track progress and process periodic reports to submit management.

  • Works closely with supervisor and clients to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines.

  • Prepare periodic reports for submission to management and clients.

  • Prepare and monitor project payments, claims, P&L and track revenue.

  • Assist in grant related audit matters.

  • Manage grant project in entirety.

  • Tasks change from time to time depending on information, guidelines and policies determined by grant agencies

  • Point of contact between senior management and HR and Finance

  • Academy and Operations. Coordinate all administrative and logistical matters related to the smooth execution of business for all 3 lines of businesses.
