Responsibilities:
* Coordinate, monitor and follow-up on guest requests and feedback
* Assist in daily housekeeping operations
* Perform administrative duties and maintain good filing system
* Perform procurement related duties
* Maintain good stock inventory
* Coordinate with Mandarin speaking internal stakeholder on room
assignment
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel and PowerPoint)
* Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Good time management and organizing skills
* Service oriented
* 5-day workweek
