About the job Senior Recruiter
Job Description:
- Internal and 3rd party scouting and hiring/placement of competent candidates in full compliance to local authorities
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy for employing partners and companies
- Develop and sustain client and candidate relationships ensuring high retention and commitment to assignments
- Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources
- Liaise with clients to fill vacancies in a timely manner
- Involve in full recruitment cycle from posting of job advertisements to shortlisting and preparation of offer package
- All type of work pass applications and administrative processes/procedures
- Excellent knowledge of Employment Act and other related legislations
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Understanding client's requirements and being able to place the right talent in the right position
Requirements:
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) Employment Agency Certificate
- Academic qualification GCE O levels and above
- Relevant work experience of at least 5 years in local market
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and driven team player who is result driven with outcome-based persona
- Excellent administration, coordination, negotiation, marketing and leadership traits
- Mandarin conversant recruiters/candidates are sought to liaise/work with Mandarin conversant partners/employers
- Remuneration shall commensurate competences, relevant and proven work experience
