  • Answering calls from stakeholders.
  • Coordinate limousine booking requests, inquiries; handle emails and phone calls
  • Replying emails. 
  • Assisting guests to board the correct number.

Requirements

  • IT Savvy
  • Some Excel Skills background; 
  • Able to speak Mandarin and take stress; 
  • Good Road Sense if possible; 
  • Proper personal Grooming (No colored hair/visible tattoos); 
  • Good at Multi-tasking & good customer service oriented.
  • Experience working in a service and hospitality industry will be an advantage.
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Minimum "O" / "A"  levels qualification and above
  • Experience in call center and Good communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and possess excellent telephone etiquette
  • Good team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
