Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Juriste to join our team in Casablanca, Morocco. The Juriste will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to clients, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and handling legal disputes and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and support to clients on a variety of legal matters, including contracts, labor law, and regulatory compliance

- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in local laws and regulations

- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies

- Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations

- Advise clients on legal risks and potential consequences of business decisions

- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure legal compliance and risk management

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service

- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in legal matters

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance legal knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Juriste or in a similar legal role

- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations in Morocco

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
