About the Role
A growing windows and doors supplier is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimation Coordinator to support their customer relationship and quoting process. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, architecture, or construction-related roles and will play a key part in generating accurate estimates for client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare window and door estimates using vendor platforms and internal tools Review construction or architectural plans to gather necessary details for estimates Communicate with clients to clarify specifications, answer questions, and ensure quote accuracy
Download, format, and email finalized estimates (PDF or Excel-based) Collaborate with sales team to review and finalize proposals
Track estimates and follow-ups using project management tools (Trello) Assist with light administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in sales coordination, estimation, or administrative roles Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or architectural plans Familiarity with Excel and online vendor portals (experience with window/door suppliers a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
