Real Estate Cold Caller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Cold Caller to join our real estate investment team. In this role, you'll be on the front linesreaching out to homeowners, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our acquisition specialists. Your communication skills, persistence, and professionalism will directly impact our deal pipeline and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners from a provided call list.

• Clearly and confidently introduce the company and our cash home-buying process.

• Qualify leads by gathering key property information and understanding seller motivation.

• Schedule follow-up appointments for acquisition team members.

• Accurately log call details and lead information into our CRM system.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor on every call.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling, sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (real estate experience a major plus)
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence
Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in using CRM systems
Highly self-motivated with a driven, goal-focused attitude
Comfortable with rejection and able to stay positive under pressure
Fluent English speaker with little to no accent this is a must

Preferred Skills:
