Your Day-to-Day:

  • Design engaging, user-centered web and mobile interfaces from initial sketches to polished visuals

  • Build wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that communicate ideas and guide product direction

  • Lead or participate in user research and usability testing to validate design decisions

  • Translate complex requirements into clean, seamless user journeys

  • Partner with developers to bring your designs to life with pixel-perfect execution

  • Use data and feedback to iterate quickly and refine your designs

  • Evolve and maintain a cohesive design system while exploring new creative directions

What Were Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio that showcases your process and impact

  • Advanced proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

  • Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction best practices

  • Strong visual design skills you have a keen eye for layout, typography, and color

  • Excellent communicator who can justify design choices and collaborate across teams

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with agile workflows and product development cycles is a bonus

Even Better If You Have:

  • Experience with micro-interactions or motion design

  • Comfort with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS)

  • Background in designing for e-commerce, SaaS, or data-heavy platforms
