About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Property Manager to support our leasing operations and help maintain quality service across our property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with experience in property management and familiarity with leasing and financial workflows, who can work independently and communicate effectively with bothinternal teams and prospective tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
List Vacant Apartments: Ensure all available units are accurately listed across relevant platforms in a timely manner.
Manage Property Listings: Maintain and update property details, pricing, photos, and availability across online portals.
Review Rental Applications: Screen incoming lease applications for completeness and adherence to company criteria.
Lease Contract Creation: Prepare lease agreements based on approved applications using company templates and compliance guidelines.
Lease Review: Ensure lease documents are accurate and all terms are clearly outlined before execution.
Maintenance Ticket Follow-Up: Conduct a weekly review of open maintenance requests to ensure resolution progress and timely communication.
Financial Reporting: Assist with generating periodic reports related to rent collections, delinquency, lease activity, and other financial metrics using Yardi and internal reporting tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in residential property management or leasing required
Familiarity with Yardi property management software (required)
Strong understanding of basic financial reporting in a property management context
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable using cloud-based tools and managing digital documentation
