3D Designer

We're hiring a 3D Designer to support a leading architecture and design firm known for its innovative residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for architectural visualization and the technical skills to bring design concepts to life through high-quality renderings and immersive visuals.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings for interior and exterior spaces

• Collaborate with architects and designers to develop visual presentations

• Produce animations, walkthroughs, and interactive content for client presentations

• Interpret CAD drawings, sketches, and briefs into compelling visualizations

• Ensure consistency in quality, accuracy, and brand standards across all projects

• Stay current with 3D software, rendering tools, and design trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer or Visualizer in architecture or interior design

• Proficiency in tools like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or Blender

• Strong rendering skills using V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, or similar

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects)

• Ability to read architectural plans (AutoCAD/Revit experience preferred)

• Strong eye for composition, materials, lighting, and detail

• Excellent communication and time management skills

Preferred:

• Familiarity with AR/VR and interactive visualization tools

• Experience in motion graphics or architectural animation

• Background in architectural documentation and workflows
