Job Summary:

Were looking for a results-driven Amazon Listing Optimization Specialist to take ownership of our product listings and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in optimizing Amazon listings, managing PPC campaigns, and using tools like Helium 10. You'll also guide junior team members, perform competitive research, and handle Amazon tech support issues to ensure listings remain active and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listing Optimization: Create, update, and enhance Amazon listings to improve SEO, rankings, and conversions.

• PPC Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to drive ROI.

• Mentoring: Train and support junior team members in best practices for listing and campaign management.

• Market Research: Identify trends, keywords, and growth opportunities through data analysis.

• Competitive Analysis: Evaluate competitor listings and strategies to recommend improvements.

• Customer Service & Relations: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve listing-related issues.

• Technical Support Interaction: Liaise with Amazon Seller Support to resolve technical issues and listing suppressions.

Qualifications Non-Negotiables:

Proven experience in Amazon listing optimization and PPC campaign management
Advanced proficiency with Helium 10 and CRM systems
Hands-on experience resolving issues with Amazon Tech Support

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
