About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to support the client across multiple initiatives, including business coaching, nonprofit fundraising, and religious community operations. This position requires someone highly organized with a deep understanding of Jewish culture, strong administrative skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Business Coaching Support
Calendar and meeting scheduling
Invoicing clients and managing follow-ups on outstanding payments Client follow-up via email, phone, or messaging platforms
Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with clients or partners Fundraising & Nonprofit Support
Basic bookkeeping for fundraising-related transactions and donor tracking Managing and responding to emails and text communications from donors and stakeholders
Supporting donor engagement, gratitude letters, and recurring donation systems General Administrative Tasks
Maintain records and documentation in Google Drive or CRM platforms Coordinate internal and external communications
Provide logistical support for online meetings, classes, or events
Assist in organizing content, presentations, or community initiatives
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
2+ years of experience in executive assistance or virtual assistant roles Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, email platforms, Zoom, and CRM tools Bookkeeping or financial tracking experience (QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent) Fluent written and spoken English
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and timeliness
