Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is heavily focused on converting warm inbound leads into customers while building long-term relationships that drive repeat business and account growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on qualified enquiries, converting opportunities into sales, and managing those customer relationships thereafter. We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated by achieving results. This is not a customer service role — it is a sales role for someone who enjoys closing business, growing accounts, and being rewarded for performance. Full training will be provided on our custom-built products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on warm inbound leads and customer enquiries. Convert assigned leads into customers while achieving agreed conversion targets. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Take ownership of accounts once converted and drive ongoing revenue growth. Maintain regular contact with customers to identify repeat sales opportunities. Reactivate dormant accounts and encourage repeat purchasing. Manage an existing portfolio of customer accounts and grow their spend over time. Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate customer requirements. Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity within company systems. Consistently work towards sales targets and performance objectives. Identify opportunities to increase revenue across existing accounts. Contribute to the growth and success of the wider sales team.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, business development, internal sales, or account management. Proven ability to convert leads into sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset. Excellent follow-up and closing ability. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised. Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and customer relationships simultaneously.
