Role Overview:
My client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Care Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of their home care services. This role involves ensuring full compliance with regulations, managing a skilled team, collaborating with healthcare professionals and families, and maintaining a compassionate, client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of home care services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead, support, and develop a diverse team of care professionals.

• Oversee service delivery to ensure exceptional client care.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Essential:
• Certification as a Registered Manager in Health and Social Care.
• Proven experience in home care management or a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proficient organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, client-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with relevant software applications.
