Job Title Administration Assistant
Location Central Norwich
Salary Up to £25k (DOE)
A fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of administrative work to progress with an established building and construction company based in central Norwich. My client are looking to recruit a full time office based, administrative assistant who is a motivated and versatile individual.
If you're ambitious, able to use your own initiative, commercially minded and possess great organisational skills you will be the perfect fit for their growing team of 13 people.
Main Duties:
- Liaise with staff, clients and external parties in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.
Person Specification:
- A fast learner, comfortable in dealing with customer queries.
- A interest in the building management/construction sector.
- Background in lettings/property management desirable but not essential.
- Commercial mentality with good numeracy and cash handling skills.
