Youll lead a dedicated staff team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service, promoting high standards of care and creating a supportive and person-centred environment for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference and ready to step into a leadership role that offers both responsibility and reward.

- Help develop and review individualised care plans in partnership with the wider team and external professionals.
- Deliver hands-on support to residents, including personal care, daily living tasks, and community engagement.

- Participate in multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings and advocate for residents' needs and preferences.
- Maintain clear, accurate records in line with regulatory and internal standards.
- Support with audits, quality checks, and compliance processes as directed by the management team.
- Take the lead on staff inductions, team meetings, appraisals, and performance reviews.
- Foster a caring, proactive, and empowering environment where individuals can thrive.
- Uphold company policies and promote best practice aligned with the adult social care code of conduct.

- A positive, flexible attitude and a good sense of humour!
In This Role, You'll Be Expected To:
- Keep detailed, legible records and contribute to care documentation.
- Support people at their own pace and always treat them as individuals first not defined by their diagnosis.
- Work collaboratively but independently when needed.
- Bring energy, creativity, and consistency to a team that values making a difference every day.
