Job Overview: The Affinity Care Group are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Generator to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for calling care homes in the UK, engaging with prospects, and scheduling meetings for our consultants to follow up and close deals.

We would love to see a person with a proven background in phone-based sales, be comfortable pitching a variety of different services and campaigns and have a strong ability to close off on next steps with potential prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential leads provided to you. Introducing the company's services and building rapport with prospects.

· Pitching Services: Effectively pitch a range of services offered by our business in the form of targeted campaigns, ensuring that the prospect understands the value and relevance of what we offer to their needs.

· Booking Meetings & Closing Secure meetings for the sales team, handling and objections, and clearly outlining the next steps for a follow-up consultation.

· Maintaining Notes Log all interactions and conversations, track progress, and update lead statuses in the CRM system and ensure all follow-up actions are captured.

· Collaborating with Sales Consultants: Work closely with consultants to ensure that all handovers are smooth and that the information passed to them is accurate and thorough. Support the team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing.

· Achieving KPIs: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets, including the number of outbound calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.


Experience:

· Phone based B2B experience Proven experience in phone-based sales or lead generation, with a track record of booking meetings and driving business opportunities.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships over the phone. Confident in handling objections

· Results-Oriented: A target-driven individual who is motivated by achieving sales goals and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

· Organization: Good time management skills and an ability follow up on leads promptly and ensure smooth transitions to consultants.

Preferred Skills:

· Strong active listening skills to understand client needs and effectively communicate solutions

· Ability to quickly assess a prospects pain points or challenges and the need to communicate a clear path forward, ensuring prospects feel confident and understood in their decision-making process.

· Experience in gatekeeper management

· Desirable but not essential - Knowledge of the care sector or related industries is a plus.
