Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Are you an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager looking for a rewarding opportunity? This is a 27-bed residential home in Great Yarmouth, and seeking a passionate leader to join the team. Our home supports adults over the age of 18 with learning disabilities and mental health challenges, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment.

Your Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be the driving force behind the homes operations and care delivery, ensuring the highest standards are maintained. You will lead, motivate, and inspire a team of dedicated staff to provide a safe, compassionate, and person-centered service for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with all CQC regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement care plans that reflect the needs and preferences of residents.
- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled and motivated care team.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial and operational efficiency.
- Maintain open and positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care quality and resident outcomes.
What Were Looking For
- A minimum of two years experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role within the care sector.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health challenges.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and support your team.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A deep commitment to delivering person-centered care and promoting the dignity and independence of our residents.
