Recruitment Consultant - Opportunity for Career Growth
Affinity Care Recruitment, part of the Affinity Care Group are a boutique recruitment agency specialising in providing senior staffing solutions in the care industry. We connect highly qualified and compassionate professionals across the adult and children's care sector in the UK. After a successful 1st year of trading, where we've built a strong brand identity and laid some secure foundations we're now ready to scale the team and offering a chance for someone to grow and develop their career with us as a 360 recruitment consultant.
What to expect when joining Affinity? :
- Training - Full onboarding program,1:1 and group training sessions, ongoing mentoring
- We'll teach you everything we know and coach you through every step of the way, from sourcing and qualifying candidates through to client development, job orders, and offer management.

About you:
- Previous sales experience or any experience in recruitment - We don't mind what you've been selling, come and tell us why you're good at it and why you stand out!
- An ability to keep level headed, resilient, learn from mistakes and challenge yourself. Growth doesn't come from comfort zones after all!
- Ambitious, driven to succeed and target conscious - We love numbers, conversion statistics but we won't drown you in them and like for you to have ownership over your targets
- Excellent communication skills - We're looking for people to develop client or candidate relationships and a history of solution selling. We're also story tellers!
- Curiosity - perhaps the top characteristic we look for when hiring recruiters. Passion for the role comes when you have genuine interest and curiosity for the role and the sector. Ask us questions
You'll be initially office based in our central Norwich hub but with flexibility to work from home once you're and running and finding your feet.
